If you are using the website or services of Techpeninsula you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before taking the services. If you accept this agreement, it will apply to all your plans and products from us, including all your existing plans and plans associated with our partners’ products and services.

Fees & Payments:
Services against any plan will be available once you have made payment for services according to the requirements of the corresponding plan order.
You understand that certain service plans may include, but not limited to, “service fee” and / or “activation fee” payable either on spot basis or per annual basis or on a recurring payment plan.
When you purchased the service, you agreed to a specific price and plan, where such plan may be for a term of one year, half year, quarter or monthly (“term plan”).
Terms of service fee and / or any other fee payable under any mode of payment for a subscription or service term shall be set forth in the applicable plan order.
You make the details set out in the order placed by you are true, correct and accurate in all aspects and no material fact is missing. Any material mismatch in the description of the goods as set out in the order and the goods shall be your responsibility and you indemnify the Company from any loss or damage due to such discrepancy. In the event any delivery of goods is delayed or returned from its destination on account of such a mistake by any such discrepancy in the description of the goods as set out in the order, any additional costs incurred by the Company for re- Delivery of the goods shall be borne and paid by you alone. On receipt of Non-acceptance message it shall be your responsibility to take the re-delivery of the goods at your location on payment of the additional cost of transportation that shall be as per the standard rates and policies of the Company. In the event you refuse to pay the cost of re-transportation of the goods or re-delivery of the goods for which a Non-acceptance.
The Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to cancel any orders if:
(I) it is of the opinion that a customer is indulging in a fraudulent transaction, or
(Ii) it suspects that a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or
(Iii) the goods ordered to be purchased are unavailable, or
(Iv) the address of delivery of goods falls outside the area of delivery / service zone of the Company, or
(V) failure to contact customer or email, or
(Vi) failure to deliver an order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from the customer, or
(Vii) for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related to logistical complication
